HH is the supreme head of the Drikung Kagyu tradition of Tibetan Buddhism and is the supreme spritual leader for Tibetan Buddhists in the Kailash region of Nepal and Tibet. HH the 17th Karmapa Ogyen Trinley Dorje, spiritual head of the Karma Kagyu tradition of Tibetan Budhhism met with Deanna Campbell in 2007 to discuss best methods for preserving indigenous Tibetan Culture in the Himalayan regions of Nepal.
